Bill Palagonia has joined Premium Ingredients International, Carol Stream, IL, in both a sales and product management capacity. He will be responsible for helping lead the expansion of the company’s flavor and fragrance business segment. He previously served as president of Pure Source Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals.
